Het Depot is terug met de achtste editie van 45Toeren.

Ook deze editie gaan we op zoek naar de beste dj’s van vandaag. Maak kennis met gevestigd talent uit de Belgische dj-scene en grijp je kans om je muzikale carrière een versnelling hoger te schakelen.

Hoe werkt het?

Je kan je mixtape (van minimum 30 minuten en maximum 60 minuten) doorsturen tot en met zondag 23 augustus. Uit deze demo-inzendingen kiezen onze coaches (afgelopen coaches waren o.a. Aroh, séa, Bibi Seck en Susobrino) 16 artiesten die tijdens de voorronde op 10 én 17 september in Leuven het beste van zichzelf geven.

Op het einde van die laatste avond beslissen onze coaches welke acht finalisten hun plek hebben verdiend op de vierdaagse bootcamp. De acht deelnemers én coaches zullen van 9 t/m 12 november samen in de Ardennen vertoeven. Overdag komen er verschillende workshops aan bod en is er ruimte voor netwerken en filosoferen. ’s Avonds vertaal je de opgedane inspiratie en kennis op de draaitafels.

Op de laatste dag kiest elke coach twee deelnemers voor een persoonlijk natraject. Samen bouwen ze verder aan hun artistieke ontwikkeling met gerichte feedback, advies en begeleiding. Via dit natraject krijgen de geselecteerde deelnemers bovendien toegang tot extra coaching, showcases en speelkansen binnen het netwerk van 45Toeren.

Dus, stuur je mixtape (min. 30 minuten) door tot en met zondag 23 augustus en treedt in de voetsporen van onder andere AliA, Catalina, EMILIJA, Fairyprincesswithmagicpowers, Funcadafi, Laura Violi, Maraschino, Okima, Soulastico, yli, Yung Michele en meer.

Sidenote: alle genres zijn welkom en deelnemen kan tot en met 30 jaar.

Het Depot is back with the eighth edition of 45Toeren.

Also in this edition, we’ll be on the hunt for today’s best DJs. Meet established talent from the Belgian DJ scene and seize your chance to take your musical career to the next level.

How does it work?

You can submit your mixtape (minimum 30 minutes, maximum 60 minutes) until Sunday 23 August. From these demo submissions, our coaches (previous coaches have included Aroh, séa, Bibi Seck and Susobrino) will select 16 artists who will give their all during the qualifying rounds on 10 and 17 September in Leuven.

At the end of that final evening, our coaches will decide which eight finalists have earned their place at the four-day boot camp. The eight participants and coaches will spend 9–12 November together in the Ardennes. During the day, there will be various workshops, as well as opportunities for networking and philosophical discussions. In the evenings, you’ll put the inspiration and knowledge you’ve gained into practice on the decks.

On the final day, each coach will select two participants for a personalised follow-up programme. Together, they’ll continue to build on their artistic development with targeted feedback, advice and guidance. Through this follow-up programme, the selected participants will also gain access to extra coaching, showcases and performance opportunities within the 45Toeren network.
