Circle Of Talent – Full Circle Antwerp 2025 DJ Contest: Afro House, Melodic & Trance

Full Circle Antwerp 2025 is calling –and we’re looking for DJs who know how to take a crowd on a journey. This second DJ contest focuses on rich, emotive and rhythmic genres like Afro House, Melodic Techno and Trance.

From all submissions, six finalists will be chosen to perform at the live finale event on Saturday, October 11 at Kavka Oudaan. From there, three winners (one per genre) will secure a slot on the official Full Circle Antwerp 2025 line-up:

• Afro House: Opening slot on Monday, November 10 at Club Capital (hosted by RÜYA)
• Melodic Techno: Opening slot on Friday, November 7 at Club Vaag (hosted by Closer)
• Trance: Opening slot on Friday, November 7 at Trix Club (hosted by Sfeerbeheer)

Before the final showdown, all selected finalists are invited to free masterclasses at Plug The Jack, hosted by performing artists from the FCA25 festival. The workshops are mandatory and happen during the day. Practical details to follow soon.

Winners not only get to play on the FCA25 line-up, but also receive a €80 Plug The Jack voucher to help sharpen their craft.

To participate:

• Submit a 60 minute mix via VI.BE before Wednesday, August 7 at 23:59
• You must be between 18 and 30 years old and live in Antwerp or one of its districts (2000, 2018, 2020, 2030, 2050, 2060, 2140 Borgerhout, 2600 Berchem, 2100 Deurne, 2170 Merksem, 2180 Ekeren, 2610 Wilrijk, 2660 Hoboken, 2040 BeZaLi, or 2150 Borsbeek)
• Valid proof of residency will be requested (e.g. residence certificate, dorm contract, utility bill)
