Looking at the old psychedelic bands from the '60s and '70s, their main inspiration comes from this period in music history marked by experimentation and freedom. Not being afraid to compose more lengthy tracks, keeping the listening-experience in high regard, and blending more classical instruments like the trumpet with electronics and effect pedals is what this band is about.

White Lizard is Jurian Reinartz on guitar, Elric Reinartz on drums, Florian Lauryssen on bass guitar, and Emiel Lauryssen on trumpet. They want to showcase a unique blend of groove, swirling rock passages, electronics, and experimental trumpets over a repetitive, psychedelic and captivating base. To add the push over the cliff for this release, they have worked together with Jazz vocalist Arwen Ouarar, who has co-written 3 out of 4 tracks on the debut EP " Athetosis".
