VLOED is a Belgian metal band from the region of Aarschot. Their style can be described as a mix of various kinds of metal, such as progressive, melodic, dark, heavy and doom and is strongly influenced by the old skool vibe.
The members of the band weren’t strangers to each other, and in the fall of 2018 the befriended musicians decided to form the band VLOED.
The first VLOED album “Darkness” was released August 2020 and re-released March 2023
The second album "De Dag" was released April 2024
VLOED Members: Johan Vranken, John Van Tongelen, Wim Vancauwenbergh.
