TIGR is the newest music project of Iann Castelein.

Having played for bands like e-scape and Quartier Rouge in the past, Iann went on to become a well-respected sound engineer and music producer. A behind the scenes-mainstay for the greatest acts in the Belgian and dutch music scene, as well as broadcast mixing for big international stars like Anne-Marie, Editors, Lauv, The Script, James Blunt, The Kooks, Tom Odell and many more.

After more than a decade working in the shadows, he’s now eager to showcase his own work. With music that could be the lovechild of Warhaus and the Stranger Things-soundtrack, a love for the producer ethics of Rick Rubin and Jack Antonoff and a weakness for Wilco- and Glen Hansard-lyrics, he conjures up an intriguing new sound with a big fat synthy wink to the 80’s.

The first single Sparks is from the LP After Effects, coming later this year.
