The Maverick Renegades were formed on the end of 2007 as a fearsome three piece from Heist-op-den-Berg Belgium.

In the meantime the band had some member switches but the band has been in a stable position because the members are fully aligned about the challenges and goals of the band.

The Maverick Renegades lost their souls in the seventies and the early eighties. Classic rock, heavy metal and some tight blues riffs are typical products of the band. They are inspired by bands like AC/DC, Motörhead, Judas Priest, Saxon ...

Over the years they entered various stages as Clamotte Rock, Olensfest, PaApelrock, Rock Baatsem, Kermisrock Lille, Heist Bruist, Lo-Rock, Schil on Stage, NightFall, Gesrock, De Vorsfeesten, Prisma Rock, Geshaa Rock ...

They shared the stage with Doro, Rage, Killer, Purple Faze, Scarved, Blackjack, Daan, De Mens, Gorki, The Kings of Pop, Iese Daase, Steam, The Belgium Quo Band, Vannstein, Diablo Boulevard and many more ...

The live act of The Maverick Renegades contains mainly songs written by the band except a few covers from their favorite bands.
