After two years of writing in his home studio, Bert Verbeke started sharing his music through live performances. During these try-outs, his songs touched people and got under the skin of many. His solo work breathes tranquility and is characterized by sensitivity and space in the music, perfect for smaller stages and intimate living room concerts at the time. A first selection of songs was mixed and produced by Fredrik Vogsborg, the Norwegian who is known for Casiokids, Aurora and The Megaphonic Thrift i.a. The ambition to enchant the audience from larger stages brought Verbeke together with Michaël Degreef (Noëmie Wolfs, Yong Yello) and Gerben Brys (HONEY, Ottla), with whom he started creating and recording again, guided by the trusted Norwegian producer.
