The idea of making this album sprung from my visits to several

war graves especially Ypres (Ieper) and Verdun..reading the

numerous names of all these people who lost their lives..just an endless row of names at first, but then one comes to realise that each one of these names have a story to tell.. so many families who were involved and faced

the unimaginable horror and grief in these days..

i consider this recording as my little concept album or pop opera..
