Based in Lille, Antwerp, The Attic makes solid guitar-based rock with their unique youthful touch. They have shared the majority of their lives together, and their friendship through secondary school gave rise to The Attic.

Initially, Arne Sas (Guitar) and Rik Kempen (Guitar) shredded shocking riffs, while Hendrik Cuylaerts (Bass) and Siebe Henderieckx (Drums) provided a tight groove. Although these elements form the foundation of their songs, they were still missing an essential part to create their own sound. Coincidentally they found vocalist Ella van de Perre, who completed their signature sound with her fragile yet shining voice.

These sharp-minded youngsters expose their thoughts and images in their songs. Listen carefully and you will experience the story The Attic portrays. You might also hear influences from other modern rock artists, including Bring Me The Horizon, Nothing But Thieves, and Normandie.
