Surfing the NU WAVE.

The After Vines is a duo, inspired by the sounds of cold wave and surf.

By dark surf sounds like Vampire Beach Babes and early Pixies (Surfer Rosa album) and new wave bands like Joy Division and The Cure.

The After Vines are stripping these influences down to the punchy and bare essence of bass and drums.

Creating in this "less is more principle" an exiting sound as a two-piece.
