Our Szechuan Sauce (read: show) is inspired by the famous Sweet Chili Sauce (you know what this refers to). The Szechuan, a different kind of pepper, is a distant cousin of the Chili Pepper and hence the perfect basis for a tasty treat. To accentuate its abundance of flavours, we added a handful of other spices (read: other artists' songs). This makes our Szechuan Sauce (read: show) both sweet and spicy at the same time and as a result, perfectly suited to any dish (read: stage). We, however, do not believe that this is a direct substitute for the famous Sweet Chili Sauce, as this legendary sauce is 100% irreplacable. But, all good things find their inspiration in something else, right? So, why don't you give it a try? Szechuan Sauce, now available in a grocery store near you (not really).
