The love for Funk and Disco Music plays a central role in the journey of STR'MLINE. This adventure starts in 2022 when Joni Laceur decides to switch things around by saying goodbye to his old alias Medly. Since then, the story of STR'MLINE begins. For this Belgian, there is only one goal. Giving you the best time and spreading the art of Funk Music himself.

This can be heard in his sets, where sweet melodies and groovy basslines are leading the dance. Blended with some energetic Disco influences to give you the perfect STR'MLINE cocktail.

Played at Café Apero, Zwartwerk, Overdrive, the brewery of De Koninck, being selected for a set at NRG Extravadance, winning the LOVE Festival and We’re Vibin DJ Contest, Westpunt, Skybar, Chapter 4, Café Café and multiple sets at TopRadio he already has some great experiences in his sleeves.

But that's not it. He is also the founder of his own STREAMLINED RADIO, a monthly mix with his favourite tracks of the moment. He also created his own events for his concept ‘Whisky, Cigars and Discoballs’, to expand the Funk community a little more. And if that's not enough he's constantly looking for some extraordinary locations to bring you STR'MLINE ON TOUR, where he plays sets at places above imagination.

With his very own productions, such as his own DISTANCE EP, his song CNCR, and multiple edits and mashups, he loves to find that perfect balance between energy and groove.
