We are Static Distortion!

In 2017, Wannes Van Gestel, also known as Brasschaat's local DJ "Brastex" and Amit Empereur, also known as the legendary drummer "Ramit" found eachother in the music genre they both liked and played. Namely Drum&Bass and Dubstep. They began a small project together. After a couple of gig's and try out's with Brastex on the decks and Ramit on the drums, the duo realised that their original project had potential to grow. In 2018, they came up with a new name for their collaboration. Static Distortion was born. Nowdays "Static Distortion" is a band with Brastex on the decks and Ramit on the drums. They play live Drum&Bass, Dubstep and Trapstep music.
