Bio

"The imaginative and sensory synths bubble and vibrate, resonating with all the low frequencies that sweep through your body and dragging you into the misty world of the act." -- The Daily Indie / Full article

"Some of the most haunting electro pop we've heard in a long time" -- Sonic Trips (L.A. Blog) / Full review

"One Day Maybe” lijkt ons de voorbode van heel wat meer moois te gaan worden. Sauvage is met zekerheid een groep om de komende tijd in de gaten te houden. -- Dansendere Beren (Belgium) / Full review

"Eerder deze zomer verscheen hun veelbelovende amuse-bouche ‘Breakfast at T’s’, vandaag zijn ze klaar voor véél meer en dat bewijzen ze met single ‘One Day Maybe’." -- Dagelijksvanalles.be (Belgium) / Full review

"Dromerig breekbare vocals, met ijle synths die gepaard gaan met enkele grimmige toetsaanslagen, klinken in sobere eenvoud in een filmische sfeer." -- Luminous Dash (Belgium) / Full review

//BIO//

SAUVAGE is a Belgian electro pop project, founded by French producer and multi- instrumentalist, Fab DuBard.

Fab DuBard’s musical career started several years ago with an extensive training in classical music which he started at a young age. But his artistic voyages and influences date back from his creole roots to later develop during his stays in France, UK and the United-States, where he always assembled bands. But it’s in Belgium, where he arrived in 2004, that he ultimately found a deeper motivation to pursue music more professionally, and founded the rock band Diplomat in which he was lead singer, guitarist and composer.

In 2016, DuBard started to explore new musical horizons and to write synthpop songs, some of which he released on an EP, “Part One, Unleashing”. Two songs were featured on two compilations released by legendary record label Les Disques du Cre?puscule / Factory Benelux ("The Race" on "Constellation de Comportements" and "Clocks" on "The Cold Open"). The single "One Day Maybe" (feat. Stien Bovijn on vocals) was released in September 2020 and will be featured on an exclusive limited edition cassette boxset by Wool-e Tapes (WET-050) in March 2021.
