RL grew up in the era of mixtapes and burned cds, exchanging these d.i.y.-playlists with peers. Later on, he became a musician, collector and art lover. In a time when the internet was just being discovered by a new generation. A worldwide network of online and offline contacts emerged. At festivals and in the clubs and squats, he raves like a problem child. With friendship and love from the underground.

RLXM creates logical landscapes with analog hardware, derives loops from samples of field recordings and records. Out of these musical voyages, he purifies a sample bank. Then he blends all these elements together in his DAW to make new compositions, topped with a sauce of effects and sequences.
