The technique is called "Assemblages of pattern parts":

patterns are divided/decomposed and then

reassembled in a particular, partly hazardous manner.

You'll find hereunder two exemples of annotated scores:

1. Quantity 1 (UCK): score for Clarinet annotated by the clarinetist

2. Quantity 2 (OT): score for Viola annotated by the viola player
