Dj Phooka born in 1980, grown up in Belgium.

Passionated by electronic music he started spinning records at the age of 18.

Due to his energy, enthusiasm and skills in mixing tracks and tunes behind the turntables, he began dj-ing in local clubs and squat locations very soon in the city of Ghent.

Phooka never stitched to one style, he always wanted to explore the frontiers of music kownledge.

Genres like Techno, Deephouse, Acid, Trance, Retrohouse, New Beat, Goatrance, Psytrance or Downtempo music give him full scope for a fusion of beats. Long Crossover dj-sets are his speciality.
