Perlin is the solo project of Ghent based singer Pauline Verminnen. In search of a new and more personal sound she she now writes her songs to electronic poppy grooves. 5 of these songs are on Half a Storybook. The EP showcases her enchanting and strong vocal as well as a direct approach to songwriting. For her live set Perlin as well as for a release of new material in French in the near future she's joined forces with producer and keyboard player Jens Paeyeneers (Vuurwerk, Glints, Seiren,...) to create an electronic ambient and soulful performance.
