My first contact with footwork was around 2011. Influenced by the impact that artists like Machinedrum or Addison Groove were having in Europe, I started digging the footwork scene by checking battle videos and documentaries over the internet. Then I discovered the discography of labels like Planet Mu and Lil City Trax, where I got a real taste of what footwork was all about. A few years later I consider myself an avid follower of the Teklife phylosophy and all the sounds coming out from Chicago, without putting aside the influences that other styles are having on the scene. Currently I am a member of the Cientosesenta ("160") crew in the Barcelona region, which was created as a link for all producers and dj's in the region interested in cutting-edge sounds in the 160bpm region. Recently my tribute mix for Rashad anniversary was featured in Ashes57 "Interlude" series (No. 30).
