Peppergrains is an alternative rock band founded in 2013 by the drummer Yannick Swinnen (Yan) and the singer/guitar player François-Xavier Thimister (Mara) in the Liège area. In 2014, the cheerful Stephane Odeur completed the rhythm section followed more recently by Mara’s alter-melod-ego Xavier Perot (Xav, guitar, violin and keys).

In 2015’s fall, the band took advantage of its first pro recording experience (“Squid Studio”[/”Studio Koko arrose la Culture”) and targets to release its very first EP in early 2016. Torn between gamely pop envies and an open-to-experimentation approach, the 4 musicians have now only one goal: working hard to find the organisational, financial and promotional support of a label.

In parrallel, the band still keep in touch with the stage to draw most of its inspiration.
