Formerly know as TOS (who shared the bill with acts such as Gang Of Four, She Wants Revenge, Citizens!,...), Brussel's Open City is a compact-music project that strated in may 2013 with former Private Joke's drummer Jerome Ellebout. Their debut E.P. "Open City" is in the pipeline.
