No Angry Young Man plays pop music with classical instruments such as cello, violin, hobo, klarinet, … . Founded in 2006, the band recorded 2 studio albums and won the Exposure Music awards (category singer songwriter) in 2010.

Their latest album “Paris Rains” was produced by Werner Pensaert (see Hooverphonic, U2, K’s choice, …) and David Poltrock (see De Mens, Arid, …). It was released early 2013. Most of all, the band has a strong live reputation.

Having played over 150 shows in the BeNeLux since 2009, No Angry Young Man is well known for its energetic live set and improvisations on stage. In consonance with the band’s philosophy, they build their reputation the old-fashioned way — they earn it.
