Mary is a young dj/producer from Brussel. Her sets combines Deep House, G-House, Nu disco. She is member of the 'Open Noise' collective, dj resident of Flop Bar in Brussels and works actively on the production of her own music.

Biography

Mary grows up near from Brussels with her mother who gives her early her passion for music.

At 16, Mary buys her first decks and she begins to mix Dub, Hip-Hop and Dnb. In 2009, the "Drumstep Crew", known for its several underground events in the capital, gives her the chance to produce her on stage. Quickly, Mary, as known too as "Miss Cookie" will be booked to numerous events in Brussels but also in other places in Belgium.

With time, partys and music tastes of the young Belgian dj change. In 2011, Mary begins to be fascinated by House music and Techno music. Firstly inspirated by dj's like Aka Aka, Pleasurkraft, Noir & Haze, Solomun, Guti, Loco Dice, Frivolous and many others, Mary begins to mix Tech House and Minimal but she continued to listen to Hip Hop and Bass music.

This varied musical course is felt today in her mix which combines Deep House, G-House and Nu disco. Today, she is Influenced by artists like Amine Edge & Dance, Tapesh, Kolombo, Solomun, Kreature, Rob Made, Matt Fear, Though Love, Fast Eddie, Noir & Haze, and many others.

Mary is now member of the "Open Noise" collective, resident Dj of Flop Bar in Brussels and works actively on the production of her own music.
