Bio

Linca is a young rapper from the Cité de l'Amitié (Woluwé-Saint-Pierre). He defines himself as a coal miner trapped in a mine, digging for meaning. His rap is his weapon of choice to give voice to the underprivileged. Armed with a sharp and precise pen to depict his surroundings, he expresses the inequalities that govern our world and the ambitions of a young Moldovan who grew up in modest circumstances. Identifying directly with Hip-Hop culture, he also contributed to the collective track "40 mc's against state violence", released in October 2020.

In 2019, he won the SoundTrack finale at Ancienne Belgique and was one of the winners of the Imagine Belgium contest in June 2022. He was also a finalist in the Aperohit Cypher on the Orangerie stage at Botanique. Since then, he has been honing his skills at open-mics, traveling from youth centers to famous venues such as Madame Moustache, VK Concert, Beurrschouwburg, or AB Salon while also developing his craft in his laboratory.
