Le Curateur is Peter Neefs, a 37-year old record collector, selector and disc-jockey based in Mechelen.

He started collecting records in 2006 and his collection now ranges from Balearic (synth)pop, Yacht Rock, Brazilian Boogie, Afrobeat, Reggae, Calypso, Zouk, Spacedisco, jazzfunk 'till 80's underground disco, italo, boogie, Chicago-house, deep house, melodic detroit records, new beat and anything else he likes and gets his hands on.

He started his career as one half of dj-duo 'King & Cousin', while playing at events and clubs as 10 Days Off, Laundry Day, Café Capital, Libertine Supersport, Stereo Club (Glasgow, UK), Hotel Bloom, MAS Museum, Charlatan, Rumba, STUKcafé, Café AperO and numerous other venues.

Since the summer of 2013 he's playing solo as 'Le Curateur'. Currently he is resident at Slave To The Rhythm (Leuven) and Kurabu (Mechelen), where he invited internationally acclaimed names as: Daniel Wang (US), DJ Okapi (SA), Jamie Tiller (UK), Nosedrip (BE), Moody Mehran (NL), DJ soFa (BE), a.o.
