Lampukiman presents his debut album 'De Val', a collection of 13 organic tracks ranging from one take recordings to haunting harmonic pieces, from minimalist loops to dark non-rhythmical sketches. Lampukiman started recording 'De Val' in the aftermath of an accident and ended the production process in the midst of a breakup. The album is conceptualised as an audio diary spanning over two eventful years, drawing inspiration from travels, art, and history. The sound is what it is: unpolished, imperfect, and improvised. Lampukiman's tracks are filled with homemade instruments, sampled sessions of jamming friends, and processed dictaphone sounds from all over the world.
