Kologne, born Oral Kirk Brown, is a Jamaican reggae artist whose commanding voice and conscious lyrical style are deeply rooted in the rich musical heritage of Linstead, Jamaica. Raised in the countryside, Kologne’s talent revealed itself at an early age. His natural vocal strength and distinctive tone quickly set him apart as a gifted, authentic singer with a deep connection to reggae’s roots.

In 1998, Kologne began a formative collaboration with legendary producer Fatis Burrell, a partnership that played a pivotal role in shaping his artistic direction and musical identity. Through years of dedication and growth, he refined his craft, developing a mature, soulful sound that resonates strongly with reggae audiences worldwide.

His rising reputation led to his first European tour in 2007, performing alongside Sizzla, followed by a second European tour in 2008, further solidifying his international presence and fan base.

In 2018, Kologne released the EP Easy Off, with the title track receiving heavy rotation on Jamaican radio. The project earned widespread recognition and reinforced his credibility within the reggae community.

Building on that momentum, he released his full-length album A New Chapter in 2019. The 14-track project truly marked a turning point in his career, showcasing artistic growth, lyrical depth, and musical versatility. Featuring a notable collaboration with Juicy Badness, the album reflects Kologne’s commitment to conscious, uplifting reggae music.

In September 2022, Kologne released the EP Brain Food, available on all major digital platforms. The project highlights his continued evolution as an artist and his ability to deliver meaningful music that connects across generations and cultures.

Looking ahead, Kologne is currently working on a brand-new full-length album scheduled for release in 2026. The upcoming project promises a fresh chapter in his journey—blending classic roots reggae with contemporary influences while delivering the powerful messages, soulful melodies, and vocal excellence his fans have come to expect.
