Indie/Folk Rock band Kish have just released a live session of their upcoming debut single Wake Up Warrior to give you a little taste of what to expect before releasing the official EP called “Wake Up Warrior”.

All members of the 5-piece Indie/Folk Rock band are based in Coventry, Midlands as they all study in the University Nexus Institute of Creative Arts that offer a degree in Popular Music and Worship. Nexus ICA’s mission is to lead Christian musicians and technicians from diverse backgrounds into an understanding of the full gospel of Jesus Christ.

Kish is not only the middle name of frontwoman Anna Kish Lennard, it also comes from the Hebrew name that means ‘bow and power’. Kish represents two tribes, the Levites and Benjamites; one in charge of the temple and worship to the Lord and the other being skilled for war and ready for battle. Their songs communicate a relationship with God and the pursuit of who He is.
