Jonas Van Opstal is a Belgian DJ and producer from Antwerp with a deep-rooted passion for house music. His career began at his sixteenth birthday party, where he first stepped behind the decks. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a true passion: Jonas initially played commercial music and often had the chance to open local parties. His musical path shifted when he got his hands on a collection of vinyl records from an old dance bar, where he discovered house music. Since turning 20, he has fully immersed himself in the genre and its many facets.

Now, at 26, Jonas is known for his extensive musical knowledge and his boldness in exploring different directions during his sets. Since he began producing his own tracks at 22, he has developed a distinctive, rolling sound over the past year. This unique style has earned him recognition from big names in the house scene, including Franky Rizardo, with whom he released his latest track on LTF Records. In the past year alone, Jonas has released six new tracks that received support from influential artists such as Enzo is Burning, James Poole, and Franky Rizardo.

Jonas also made his international debut this year, performing at the prestigious Amsterdam Dance Event. Since 2023, he has organized his own house festival, En Plein Musique, which continues to grow and solidify his name in the Belgian scene.
