Jade is a 22-year-old Belgian-American artist whose eclectic roots fuse together into an equally multidimensional sound. Hong Kong born and Brussels bred with Caribbean heritage, Jade is a cultural hybrid whose array of lived experiences have informed a style that landed her at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute.

While music has always been part of Jade’s life, it weaved its way in and out of the foreground as her insatiable curiosity led her to painting, coding, and DJing. But despite her desire to constantly learn and create new things, Jade eventually found that like an old love, music has always been, and will always be a part of her.

Jade’s music refuses to be categorized as any one thing. Her lack of interest in music theory or conventional songwriting processes result in an eclectic mixture of sounds which comes through as refreshingly authentic. With a love for creating worlds with sound through her production, Jade’s music is better described in feelings and colors.

Jade’s first single “Don’t” (2017), released under artist name “Jade Jones”, has garnered over 200K streams on Spotify and has left followers eager to hear what’s next. After three years of honing her sound, Jade is excited to share her first self-produced single “In the Breeze”. Jade feels singular - a conglomeration of passions, cultures, contradictions, insecurities and talents - resonating with all those who lead life with their hearts first, and figure out the rest along the way.
