In activity for a year, the group Insecte, based in Brussels is preparing to hatch in daylight. All of them from the same microcosm of Paris, the five members quickly melted into the mass of the capital and soon established ties with local musicians. Since then, they have refined the titles and are now releasing them in the form of a double EP, the first part released at the end of September 2016 is entitled 'One' and a second one to come April 2017.

An absurd and gently disguised universe from the brain of Oscar, singer and turntable to the composition of the songs whose full voice of spleen is an instrument in its own right. A pop with romantic lightness almost naturalistic. A call to escape and distance from the reality of which everyone can make his own interpretation. Finally, the difficult bet but also assumed to sing in French to defend the language and mix it with melodic psychedelic compositions.

En activité depuis un an , le groupe Insecte, basé à Bruxelles s’apprête à éclore au grand jour. Tous issus du même microcosme parisien, les 5 membres se sont rapidement fondus dans la masse de la capitale et ont très vite tissés des liens avec des musiciens locaux . Depuis lors, ils ont peaufiné les titres et les sortent à présent sous la forme d’un double EP dont le premier volet sorti fin septembre 2016 s'intitule ‘Un’ et un deuxième à venir Avril 2017.

Un univers absurde et gentiment déglingué issu du cerveau d’Oscar, chanteur et plaque tournante à la composition des morceaux dont la voix pleine de spleen est un instrument à part entière. Une pop à la légèreté romantique presque naturaliste. Un appel à l’évasion et à l’éloignement de la réalité dont chacun pourra se faire sa propre interprétation. Enfin, le pari difficile mais assumé également de chanter en français pour défendre la langue et la mélanger à des compositions mélodiques psychédéliques.
