Some longtime friends thought it was necessary to form a metalband in 2007. They were proven right. In these times, metal is the only thing to prevent people from losing their minds. Especially the good kind that comes straight from the gut and it is that kind of metal that I Inside crafted for quite a few years. Soon the quintet impressed more than a fair share of stages with their unique blend of crushing poundriffs, groovy rock-‘n-roll vibes and sweeping song structures.

Four songs were poorly recorded on a demo called ‘Mental Exhibition’. Completely unexpected, it got several raving reviews, extolling I Inside for its wide range of influences, broad vocal spectrum and catchy groove. To their own surprise, the five-some won the Mass Deathtruction battle and acquired a gig in the renowned Biebob venue. Before ever playing those shows, I Inside split up in 2011…

…only to rise again eight years later! Four of the founding members have revived their acquired metal monster with new material to enrich the old repertoire. It shouldn’t be long before the mind blowing beast starts attacking stages again.
