David Goversen (Tilburg, July 7, 2005), known by his artist name IcyDavy, is a Dutch music producer with Belgium roots. IcyDavy is known for producing "Wait For Me On Christmas" by the English-speaking Dutch rapper KVBA.

IcyDavy grew up in Tilburg and started producing music around the age of thirteen. He was mainly influenced by beats from the American music producer Scott Storch that he listened to from an early age.
