Bio

Human Without Gravity started out as a solo-project by singer-songwriter Lieselotte Verrecas, born 1991 in the beautiful, historic city Bruges in Belgium. Even though discovering new music and singing was a significant part of her childhood, it took her until the age of 14 to follow piano and singing lessons. Around the same time, she actively started writing lyrics, and hasn't stopped since.

In more recent years she officially started recording solo songs. The first single she released was named ‘Storm’. Later on she wrote 'Drinking tea with demons' and 'Greed'. She also performed her songs live with guest musicians such as violin and trumpet. To extend her technical, songwriting, recording and performance expertise, she continued self-study, piano and vocal classes and participated in the UK-based 'The Songwriting Academy' (2022-2023).

Influenced, affected and inspired by life events and the associated pain, inevitably Human Without Gravity's music is best described as melancholic dark-pop.
