Hassel started his fascination with music and vinyl from an early age. He started buying records when he was at the age of 14 and got his first DJ gig when he was sixteen years old in Petrol in Antwerp.

After that he became a regular at the Der Machine club in Leuven spinning Dubstep, Grime & Drum & Bass.

Over the years his musical taste broadened and he started playing more versatile. Jazz, Soul, Funk, Afro, Brazilian, HipHop and everything in between. He is one of the members of the Oddities crew, which he runs together with Moodprint, and he spins records as Stacks Of Wax with Illament. He also organizes the musical line-up for the Moodprint Invites expo and organizes a vinyl market in between.
