In 2014 Gølden Silence became the dj alter ego of Stijn, born in 1985 and living in Ghent. Though he has build up a professional career in the IT business, Stijn has always been extremely passionated with Electronic Music and it's dj's. It was only since David also known as Benoelie, one half of the Glimmers started giving Dj workshops that Stijn became obsessed with dj'ing after what he had learned from David's tips and tricks in 2013.

Inspired by legends as 2 Many Dj's, Fatboy Slim, Daft Punk and the popularity of todays artists, he pleases the crowd with a creative and trendy mix of House Music with flavors of Nu Disco, Deep-, Electro-, Tech-, and Progressive House.
