Meet Matthias Dierckxsens aka Fingers Crossed from Antwerp - Belgium.

At the age of 16 he started to learn the art of mixing by buying a CD twin rack and a basic mixing console. After a lot of experimenting he saw that house and only house music was the kind of genre in which he would like to grow and evolve. After several years of training his mixing skills, he was forced to go to boarding school, where he met an old friend from primary school, which whom he started a DJ-duo named "The Boarder Goes Nuts". They were asked to play at several gigs in and near Hoogstraten (BE), which wasn't enough for these guys, and so by organizing their own gigs they took it to a whole other level. Several years later they had already played at some of Antwerp's biggest clubs. Moreover, they won a DJ-contest that allowed them to play at a big (7.000 people) festival called "Gladiolen". After several years of ruling the house scene at Hoogstraten and doing what they did, they started to grow apart due to studies and individual interests regarding their style and feelings towards music. After years of extended experimenting with producing software, Matthias started his own project called "Fingers Crossed", that would allow him to share his own creativity concerning making and designing music with the world.
