Edmund November is the alter-ego of the singer/guitarist Edmund Lauret. Edmund was born in Newcastle in the North-East of England but moved to Ghent, Belgium when he was 18.

With his surprising first solo album Edmund returns to his British roots and the music he grew up with. He also debuts as a singer.

The idyllic setting of the southern English countryside where Edmund and his band recorded the album undoubtedly had an impact on the organic, vintage British character of the music on their debut album released on Unday Records.
