Blaž Snoj started playing the flute at age of 17. The same year he was accepted to the Music high school Ljubljana. He finished his bachelor's degree the Academy of music Ljubljana with the highest distinction and his master's degree at the Royal Conservatoire Antwerp with high distinction. During his studies in Belgium he was a member of the Antwerp orchestral academy, finalist and the special prize winner at the Dutch national flute competition in Ittervoort and the principal flute of Belgian Chamber Orchestra. He also received full scholarship to study at Sydney Conservatoire and won an intership at the Flemish Royal Philharmonic. In 2014 he was accepted in piccolo master's program at Royal Conservatoire Antwerp (with Peter Verhoyen) and in 2015 passed the audition for Sub-Principal flute and Principal piccolo at the Nederlands' Camerata. He has attended courses and masterclasses given by Peter-Lukas Graf, Wally Hase, William Bennett, Anna Garzuly-Wahlgren, Emily Beynon, Loic Schneider, Sarah Jackson, Jean-Michel Tanguy and others.

Blaž Snoj was granted a scholarsip by the Ministry of culture of Slovenia and is a regular assisten at the International Flute Seminar Brugge.

Tea Plesni?ar (1991) started learning harp at the age of 8 in the class of prof. Urška Križnik Zupan at the Music school in Nova Gorica (Slovenia). She completed her primary studies under prof. Dalibor Bernatovi?. In 2006 she was accepted to theConservatory of Music in Ljubljana in the class of prof. Mojca Zlobko Vajgl. She graduated in 2010 and is now a student of Academy of Music Ljubljana where she studies with prof. Ruda Ravnik Kosi. This year she was accepted to the Royal Consevaroty of Brussels in the class of prof. Jana Bouškova. Tea Plesni?ar has achieved many good results at several national and international competitions. As a chamber musician and soloist she has played in various festivals in Slovenia, Italy, Austria, Nederlands and Belgium. She has played with the Slovenian Philharmonic, Slovenian National Theater orchestra and others.She has also attended masterclasses and seminars with professors Sirin Pancaroglu,Diana Grubiši?, Gabriella Mossyrisch, Coline Marie Orliac, Patriza Tassini, Marie-Pierre Langlamet and Jana Bouškova. Duo Astrato has been playing together for almost two years. They have given recitals in Belgium and Holland. Recently they have participated in the Storioni competition for chamber groups and qualified for the final round which is taking place in January 2016. Their ambition is to play recitals widen their repertoire and play concerts in Belgium and abroad.
