Melodic House producer Based in Belgium.

Dmunsch (Alexander Diemunsch) started producing at age 12 and released his first track "Moving On" two years ago. Last year he got the second place in an international voting contest with his track We Own The Summer and later in 2020, he got second again with his track Free World. Slowly but steadily he is building his name in the electronic music scene.

Although it's hard to categorize Dmunsch's music, it's safe to call it “melodic house”. One can clearly hear influences of deep house, tropical house, EDM and disco house, without committing to any of these genres.

“As I have a free mind, it’s hard for me to commit to a specific sound or subgenre. I can easily go from EDM sounds and cutting bass to classic retro synths, happy brass sounds and everything in between. I have always had a chaotic personality and I believe you can hear that in my music"

Nevertheless, the aim of his music is always the same: to create a cocoon of carefreeness, euphoria, invulnerability and happiness.

"I like to tink of my music as an escape from reality. We all know this feeling that, when you hear a specific song, suddenly you imagine yourself in another world where you make your own rules. This is why music can give such huge energy, no matter how bad you feel. I hope that my music can have this effect on people".
