DJ Swindler’s sets aren’t limited to one genre. He moves between acid house, trance, breakbeats and Italo disco, but can just as easily lean into electropop and hyperpop bangers, especially at queer parties in Ghent. His selections respond to the crowd while staying rooted in music he genuinely loves. Through sharp turns and unexpected choices, he occasionally “swindles” the dance floor: pulling it in one direction before changing course, without losing its energy.

Together with Emma Boga, he founded DAS IETS, a Ghent-based queer DJ and nightlife collective that organises events centred around queer artists, audiences and new collaborations on the dance floor.
