VI.BE

I've always been into music that makes people dance. No matter what genre. Ever since my teenage years I messed about with computer programs like Rebirth, Reason, Atomix, Virtual DJ... cause it was fun and challenging to create any sound, melody or mix I had in my mind!

Back in 2006 I set up a small home studio. And so I became a bedroom DJ. In 2008 I started DJing live on an internet radio called Kick106, now known as Kick Radio. It's a small community with some really amazing DJ's. I play a weekly, two hour show on Kick Radio every Tuesday at 8pm gmt+1. Occasionally I play at parties too (several radio station events, one time at Carbon Bar in London, lots of house parties). Largest crowd was about 200 people I think.

I started out learning to DJ with CD's and MP3. Over the years I had the chance to try vinyl too, which is pretty challenging, but also more intense and more fun once you get the hang of things!!

Main genres these days are progressive, tech and deep house, and in the early days as a DJ I played trance and techno. Check out my soundcloud page for promo sets or Kick Radio for awesome music from me or my DJ buddies over there!!
