A boy that was born on the 26th of April in the year 1990 in Neerpelt had been given the name: Frank Van Wemmel

Raised in the suburbs of brussels in a small town called Hoeilaart Frank lived a good life with no worry's or problems so no ghetto story's from brussels and gunshots wounds for him.

In high school in the year 2010 he formed a reggae/dancehall sound system that had the name "midnight crew" He was during 3 years the mc of the sound system and alongside his selectors dualist en mr big shot he traveled all over belgium spreading the reggae and dancehall vybz.

In the year 2013 midnight crew bonded forces with ivory sound and so we became the new generation of ivory sound. After a year mr big shot dropped out of the sound because of his basketball career and study's. With ivory sound Frank was playing in Belgium and beyond.

Now in 2015 its time for a new project called by the simple name: Dj frenk.

His love for music goes beyond than just reggae and dancehall music. His mission is to bring all of the genres of music in to one smooth mix. Going from Jamaica with some reggae vybz to the streets of brooklyn with some hip-hop beats and than going to Latin-America for some reggaeton.

He wants to give the people a musical journey that they won't forget!
