DJ Cosmic Masseur has been caged around the sun on Ego, The Living Planet for thirty-five odd years, waking the axehero that sleeps in all of us. He started in the mid-eighties with classic heavy metal/hard rock and old school thrash/death/doom. He is resident DJ in metal club Hell in Diest together with his friend DJ Skullz aka Yves. In the 90s a interest grew in stoner, 60s acid garage rock, funk and 70s heavy psych prog jazz fusion rock.

DJ Cosmic Masseur has performed his “expect the unexpected, unexpect the expected” DJ-sets at numerous Orange Factory-shows in JC Sojo (www.orangefactory.be), Depot and Stuk in Leuven with bands such as Brant Bjork, Graveyard, Fu Manchu, Monster Magnet, Motorpsycho, Masters of Reality, Dozer, Ufomammut, Swans, Elephant 9, ect... and at festivals such as Roadburn, Desert Fest Antwerpen, Down the Hill, Afterburner, Yellowstock, Occultrance, Ostara, ….and pubs in Belgium and Holland.
