Deviant Behavior was formed mid-2012 by Lorenzo and Robin. They both were passionate about music since a very young age. And when they met in high school, their common interest quickly formed a bond. They were influenced by punk rock bands from the 70's & 90's. Bands like "The Ramones", "The Clash", "Green Day", "Blink-182". But they also try to combine it with some vague guitar bashing riffs as "The Sex Pistols" did. Lyrically Lorenzo writes all the words, but musically the band works as a steady tripod. All members have their own favorite play styles, which causes a, let's say chemical, reaction when they play together. Lorenzo's younger brother Giacomo, or in short just Giaco, is very influenced by the Grunge rock style, Lorenzo is rather more influenced by pop-punk and Robin likes it a little rougher, as bands like "Rancid", "Operation Ivy",... After a half year of straight rehearsing some cover tunes, they started to created songs of their own. Songs like "She Belongs To Me" & "Future's Aim" are the first songs Lorenzo wrote and brought up at rehearsing. After they got those songs locked up in their heads, they started to play a few gigs around the area. The setlist filled with covers and own songs didn't quite satisfy the band as much as expected. They wanted more own songs before returning to the stage. A half year went by and the band has made up a TON of new material. They'll be recording this material early on in 2014, and the singles of the EP will also be uploaded on this site.
