Lagom is a Swedish word, meaning "just the right amount" or "not too much, not too little". You can translate it to the term "less is more", which is the perfect motto for my first musical project.

I have been searching for a way to express myself musically (and mentally as well), which resulted in digging deep into myself to discover what brings me true happiness.

Besides friends and family (and obviously my dear wife), I found that our past trips to Sweden were a true eyeopener. Growing up, I have always considered myself a city-person. Always busy, always something to do, something to watch, loads of people around you, endless possibilities,....

Boy, was I wrong.

It seems that I yearn for inner peace, for silence and tranquility much more than I crave the buzzing cosmopolitan surroundings.

All I need is my wife, a house by a lake, good music and endless forests to roam.

I wanted to present a project that shows me dealing with my demons, until finding the inner peace Lagom can provide. I called this the 'Therapy Sessions', because it has been literally (and figuratively as well) therapy.

I have just started to write my own lyrics, so I hope to finish my first song very soon!
