Cipher is a new techno concept bringing hard but melodic vibes to the dance scene. Cipher first started as a house producer/DJ which later discovered there was more to be done with music to bring his own unique sound into his tracks. This means that Cipher is making sure every live set has its own authentic character by adding sounds and creative twists.
