C’est Ça ontstond toen zanger Joran songs wilde brengen, maar de muzikale kennis miste om ze tot leven te wekken. Zijn beste vriend Loues, drummer in hart en nieren, sprong bij en riep de hulp in van twee ex-bandleden: Bavo op bas en Glenn op gitaar. Al snel ontdekten ze dat hun uiteenlopende smaken, van rock en pop tot funk en indie, verrassend goed samenwerkten.

Begin 2021 verloor de band hun vriend en drummer Loues, een klap die alles even stilzette. Maar zijn droom om hun muziek de wereld in te sturen, bleef nazinderen. Met Sander achter de drums vond C’est Ça nieuwe energie en groeide hun sound verder uit tot iets unieks: eigenzinnig, warm en recht uit het hart.

Hun debuutsingle “Sunrise” werd warm onthaald door zowel nationale als internationale pers en zette meteen de toon voor wat zou volgen. De opvolger, “Home,” maakt zijn opwachting op 7 november en belooft nog dieper te raken.

Na talloze repetities, studio-opnames en optredens is één ding duidelijk: C’est Ça is klaar voor het podium, zijn jullie klaar voor hen?

EN: C’est Ça was born when singer Joran wanted to perform his own songs but lacked the musical know-how to bring them to life. His best friend Loues, a drummer through and through, stepped in and called on two former bandmates, Bavo on bass and Glenn on guitar. Soon they discovered that their diverse tastes, from rock and pop to funk and indie, blended surprisingly well.

In early 2021, the band lost their friend and drummer Loues, a blow that brought everything to a halt. Yet his dream of sharing their music with the world kept echoing on. With Sander now behind the drums, C’est Ça found new energy and evolved their sound into something unique: distinctive, warm, and straight from the heart.

Their debut single “Sunrise” was warmly received by both national and international press, setting the tone for what’s to come. The follow-up, “Home,” is set to make its arrival on November 7th and it promises to hit even deeper.
