Brecht Hermans is a theatre maker, writer and musician.

He began taking piano classes at eight, and learned the accordion and guitar as an autodidact. He composed the piano solo work 'Odysseus' when he was seventeen and afterwards also brought out 'Puzzle / 8 Pieces' and 'Lighthousekeeping'. Next to that, he composed the music for the theatre shows 'Labyrinth' by De Stokerij and 'The Anniversary Party' by D°Effekt. As a singer, he took lessons at the PopCollege in Ghent and performs with the rockcoverband Yellow Cab.
