Boozeroona is the fusion of the bands Slingshot and Zootje Ongeregeld . In 1999 , three members (Robby/drums , Gorba/guitar , Twan/bass) started an instrumental stonerband featuring Seppe Van Tilborg (Nomad Swing) on the slide guitar . One year later Manu Smet (ex-Silverbug) joined in on the vocals .

Since then all members of the band continued playing and writing songs together , sometimes in different formations but always under the same name , Boozeroona Circus .

The godfathers of stoner from the Waasland-scene , playing a blend of grunge/space/stonerrock are still a unique band with a strong live reputation . Once seen , never forgotten …
